From February 8 to 12, 2020, the Arts Center (Ceart) of the State University of Santa Catarina (Udesc) promotes, in Florianópolis, the José Luiz Kinceler International Festival of Art and Culture - FIK 2020, valuing cultural production and the formation of artistic networks

Portrait and Self-Portrait:
micro-practices and pictorial processes in monotype
Synopsis: This workshop proposal (micro-practice) aims to develop practical-theoretical investigations on the theme of portraiture and self-portrait through pictorial language. Using the monotype technique, exercises of aesthetic and conceptual dimensions on the theme will be developed, focusing on reflection on the teaching and learning processes in painting.

Epistemic Object: a proposal for creation from everyday objects
Synopsis: This micro-practice involves experiencing the creative process with everyday objects and developing critical and reflective thinking that is directly related to the individual's being/being/feeling in the world they live in. The proposal will focus on three-dimensional constructions of objects, understanding the language of the art object, using various materials. The meeting will initially present the proposal with examples of artists who work with furniture themes in a poetic language; and secondly, the proposal will be for the three-dimensional construction of a small-scale home furniture object.

Anthotype: between transitory images
Synopsis: Theoretical and practical study on Anthotype. This technique is an alternative historical photographic process in which juices extracted from plants (flowers, fruits, roots and leaves) are used as a photosensitive element for the construction of images.

Introduction to the Goethe Triangle: between collages and art education
Synopsis: Theoretical-practical study of Goethe's Triangle as a theory about colors through analysis of composition and decomposition of pyramidal structure assembled from colored paper cutouts. Groupings will be proposed that invite a study of the relationships within groups and also between them and comparisons between them.

Rodrigo Linhares's washed drawing: thinking and making art

Montages: possibilities for reflection on the image in Visual Art and Culture
Synopsis: The main objective of the workshop is to explore the resources of image montage, in a theoretical-practical context, with the aim of creating dialogues about the production, use and consumption of images in contemporary times. Pictorial language will be presented as a possibility of materializing the montages made, with the purpose of developing aesthetic and conceptual reflections on the creative process and visual culture.
